The EMail addresses noted on this site are provided for the express purpose of communication with CWS ByteMark employees and associates to aid in the sale of CWS ByteMark products and services.
- Business opportunities and solicitations of any kind should be directed to our corporate office at the address noted in the CWS ByteMark logo.
- Any solicitations received via EMail that can not be processed by one of our product divisions will be forwarded to our Marketing Consultant.
- CWS ByteMark offers Marketing Consultation Services at the rate of $135 / hour, with additional charges being applicable for any materials used during a consultation review.
- There is a minimum charge of one hour for each consultation request.
- Any solicitation received by the Marketing Consultant will be considered a Request For Marketing Consultation, and will be billed accordingly.
- CWS ByteMark reports all delinquent accounts to the appropriate credit reporting agencies.
Why such a policy?
We are in the business of electronic parts and technology. The individuals who manage this web site and the various departments that fulfill the orders placed on it have no authority to enter CWS ByteMark into any type of agreement, and their time is too valuable to spend evaluating correspondence not relevant to their responsibilities.
The expense incurred reviewing unsolicited advertisement goes beyond the time of the individual reviewing the EMail. Many corporate ISP's charge for their hosting services according to the amount of data transferred within a given time period. Bandwidth occupied by the mail server reduces the performance of legitimate commerce on the web server. Everyone loses in the process.
CWS ByteMark's position is clear on this subject -- We will not participate in any random or unrelated EMail advertising, nor will we condone any such activity or tolerate any expense incurred due to it.
