Pricing:

Many prices are available in our on-line price list, and in a printed price list available from our sales office. Pricing for additional items and custom manufacture items is available from our sales office. All prices are in US currency. Additional quantity pricing is available to our account customers; please contact our sales office for more information. Prices, availability and specifications are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors.

Custom Manufacturing:

Custom Manufacturing is available if your requirements cannot be met by standard stocking items. Please fax your specifications to 714 547-4433, and a representative will contact you.

Method of Payment:

Unless an open corporate or educational account is maintained, all orders must be prepaid. We can accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card: We can accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express with any of our ordering options. We will need your credit card number, expiration date, and name as it appears on the card.
Check, Money Order or International Bank Draft: Please make payable to CWS ByteMark for the total amount of your order plus shipping and handling (in US funds), and mail to 1510 E Edinger Ave #B Santa Ana, CA 92705, USA. If your order is placed by telephone, fax, email, or online order form, it will be held (up to 30 days) until your payment is received.
International or Domestic Wire Transfer: Please contact our sales office to arrange payment by international or domestic wire transfer.
Account: Terms are available for corporate clients and educational facilities. Pelase contact our sales office for more information about this service. We cannot ship on a purchase order without an open account.

Minimum Orders:

We have no minimum order requirements, however an additional $2.00 handling fee will be added to orders with a merchandise total under $20.00.

Sales Tax:

Delivery desitinations in the state of Florida (USA) will be charged 6% sales tax unless a valid state tax exemption number is on file at our corporate office

Shipping:

Our standard shipping methods are US Priority Mail (3-4 business days) and UPS GroundTrac (3-5 business days) for domestic orders and US Global Priority (7-10 business days)and UPS Worldwide (4-10 business days) for international orders. Shipping method is determined by package weight and customer preference. UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air services are available to most destinations for an additional charge.
There is a minimum shipping and handling fee of $6.00 for domestic shipments and $15.00 for international shipments ($6.00 for Canada). The minimum fee for rush orders is $15.00 (in addition to shipping and handling). Additional shipping charges may also apply for certain destinations and/or additional services.

Backorders:

Most items are shipped within 72 hours of your order. However, occasionally items are backordered. Please let us know if you would like partial shipment in this event. All backordered items must be prepaid unless an open corporate or educational account is maintained. Unless otherwise noted, backorders may be canceled for a full refund. (Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.)

Product Returns:

Returns must be made promptly, be plainly marked with a valid Return Materials Authorization number and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. A Return Materials Authorization number bay be obtained by contacting our sales office. Returns made without authorization may not be accepted. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
